Dronfield Wellbeing Group

Based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, our group was established in Spring 2020 and provides a friendly, safe and confidential peer-support group for people affected by mental health issues to meet others with similar experiences.

Peer support is about coming together to provide a listening ear to each other, sharing experiences and resources, and strengthening our coping strategies to improve our mental health and wellbeing.

Join us for a chat, meet new people, and enjoy a brew and biscuits. New members are most welcome whether Dronfield residents or from further afield.

We are also sometimes joined by experts in the mental health and wellbeing industry.

The group currently meets every Monday from 7:30pm on Zoom, enabling people to join us from the comfort of their own homes.

As a group we are actively looking for new members, whether you would like to join us in person or online. If you’d like to get involved or have any questions please get in touch on 07737 315211 or info@dronfieldwellbeing.org, or alternatively fill in the contact form.

No commitment.   No pressure.   Just come along and be yourself.
