Dronfield Wellbeing Group

Are you feeling lonely, anxious, or struggling with low mood?

Based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, our group provides a friendly, safe and confidential environment to meet others with similar experiences.

Peer support is about coming together to provide a listening ear to each other, sharing experiences and resources, and strengthening our coping strategies to improve our mental health and wellbeing.

Join us for a chat, meet new people, and enjoy a brew and biscuits. New members are most welcome whether Dronfield residents or from further afield.

We are also sometimes joined by experts in the mental health and wellbeing industry.

The group currently meets every Monday (socially distanced) from 7:30pm at a central location in Dronfield, and also virtually via zoom for those who prefer not to attend in person.
