Dronfield Wellbeing Group

Are you feeling lonely, anxious, or struggling with low mood?

Based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, our group provides a friendly, safe and confidential environment to meet others with similar experiences.

Peer support is about coming together to provide a listening ear to each other, sharing experiences and resources, and strengthening our coping strategies to improve our mental health and wellbeing.

Join us for a chat, meet new people, and enjoy a brew and biscuits. New members are most welcome whether Dronfield residents or from further afield.

We are also sometimes joined by experts in the mental health and wellbeing industry.

The group currently meets every Monday from 7:30pm via zoom. We also usually meet in person at a central location in Dronfield, although this is on hold for the next few weeks owing to the current lockdown.
